no better than salmon!!
white flour no good!
no nutrients! lots calories!
lot lot fats!

high sodium, msg,
preservatives,tran fats,etc
one cup of soup, 120mg!
u will eat more than one!
avg human need-240mg of max a day!


#8 BACON
is fried, salty, fat,
2 stripes of bacon- 120kl, 100g fat
contains..
nitrate, nitrite,etc.
cause cancers!


#7HAMBURGERS
cheeseburger- 1010kl, 71g fat, 50mg sodium, 12g sugar
avg human need- 1200 kl a day
exceed already!!! only one meal know!!
